    How to pull a nail

I know, it sounds pretty simple and it is, but this method works better than any other I have found.

My wife started in the trades as a plumbers apprentice. She was not mechanically inclined. Here first journeyman gave her 500 16 penny nails and a 4x4 board on friday and told her to bring it back on monday will all the nails in it. She duitifically did it. By the following year she could hammer right handed, left handed, upside down, back handed etc. She continued to work as a plumber for another 33 years until her retirement. While working on a NASA project, they had to be certified in brazing for each size of pipe they worked on. Of the 50 plumbers/fitters that took the test, only 2 passed, my wife and one other plumber.
