    Way too complex. 60% ethanol is all you need. The other 40% can be water with glycerine to soften the skin if you like.

    Leaving out the water, it should make A pretty fair Molotov cocktail!!

    RE Drew1966...

    The recommended alcohol concentration is between 60-70%. 60% alcohol already has 40% water. If you add additional 40% water to 60% alcohol, the result is too dilute to be effective. Your formula would only work if you start with 99% alcohol.
