    Smile homemade tool & cutter grinder (step by step)

    if you make an equal diameter post to take the place of the tool post in a lathe then the part that you have shown can be used as a tool post grinder on a lathe as well as its duty on the T&C grinder.

    A scratch built tslot table is not a easy thing to do.

    Did you grind the table flat once done with the welding?

    I soldered only the metal end for alignment ... then bolted. I removed the soldering points. the table is still flat.
