Might be a mini tractor but it has a respectable sized engine in it.
I've seen a version of this one in Romania. The guy steered it that is what you wanted to call what he did, by turning the steering wheel just small amounts causing 1 track to strech slightly while canting towards the tractor the other slacked a little by canting away from the tractor it gave a realism tot eh song give me 40 acres ad I'll turn this rig around. Later he installed a second brake pedal and master cylinder to have independent braking then rope tied the steering wheel he could turn a lot sharper but threw the tracks which were made out of larger farm tractor tires.
