Built out of 2x12" lumber, 1/2" all thread and some rod stock. The rack holds the hammers and tongs I need for the forging project on hand.

Ok, so you use it while seated? Or is there another mount to elevate it?

Great idea. It's nice to have your forging tools within reach.

Wow nice use of space, I am going to have to switch over from pegboard and try something like this.

I'm short, only 6'2". It looks small due to the angle and the cellphone camera. It's to my knuckles in height.

Thank you! I only put the tools I think I will use for the project at hand around the anvil. Saves me from walking to my tool rack and wasting forging time.
