I began as a skilled worker in old school form and tendencies. I started as a working foreman, soon superintendent , lead buyer and production manager. I retired in 2003 and shortly thereafter had a liver/kidney transplant. 12years since and I am getting back to the point where I can work the way I was taught. My great-grandfather built wine and olive oil barrels. My great uncle was a master carpenter in the Wine country of Napa. My father studied wood work from trade school til his death. I studied under my father until @ 35 I was married and moved to Nevada. I am finally able to dink around my garage and yard. I enjoy working with and making my woodwork and handmade knives. Looking forward to learning from others and maybe teach an aspiring young artist a little old school knowledge.
