HF 90 lb sand blast nozzle cap

My little 8 year old HF sand blaster was in need of some repair the Hose had rotted way so I replaced it with a used Air conditioner hose off of a Mack truck the nozzle cap had gone walk about so I made a new one out of a brass 3/8 pipe cap by drilling a tapered hole in it

The media that was in the sand blaster had been in there for 8 years. It was sifted play sand I blasted an old tractor wheel just to use it up and to tweak or repair any final things on the blaster that may have deteriorated over the years. When I start blasting the parts of our project I will be using Black Beauty to remove the mill scale
