    Hi P38,

    Welcome!

I've got to ask: is your username related to the great WWII fighter or the Walther pistol of the same period?

Are you working on any Land Rover projects currently?

Hi, thanks for the messages, no specific tools of interest at the moment but i am thinking about a workshop bench/ trolley to move items into and work on them in my workshop, which is quite small. P38 relates to the Range Rover of that model. Land rover projects, well, Series three to be fitted with a Land Rover 200 TDI engine, Range Rover P38 to refit air suspension that previous owner removed, Land Rover 90 to clean and paint the chassis and the other four just to stay on the back burner at the moment. But it may just be quite a long time till i get around to doing any of the projects.

Ah, thanks - good information! I wasn't aware of the P38 Range Rover designation. As a former Discovery owner, I probably should have known that.

Welcome to the forums, P38. The P38 I know relates to the WWII plane with the unusual tail configuration. As one who is interested in anything with wheels, I like Land Rovers too. Range Rovers, not so much.
