Hi Ken currently trying to make casting silicone for pouring so I can replicate parts (using a mix of builders silicone Xylene and cornflour) but can't get enough rigidity when it has cured, I don't know if there is any other substance I can add to increase the "shore" rating. Also looking for a system to filter coolant from my surface grinder. Hoping to get in the skip of a system supplier tomorrow Andy

Sounds like an interesting casting challenge, though it's probably been really frustrating for you. Post your question in our Help Me Build subforum and you'll get more eyes on the issue and, hopefully, some useful suggestions.
