I'm old, been fixing what needed to be fixed all my life. I learned to be poor even when I had money to buy new.

That Wood band saw was something I needed to cut up Moose and Caribou when I lived in Alaska. Too bad we didn't have that Internet back then.
I sure enjoy looking at your projects.

One thing I'd sure like to see, is some way to take the Salt Corrosion off out board motor parts.

Lots to see here, as you've found. Offhand, I haven't seen the salt corrosion issue directly addressed, though I'll keep an eye out for a solution.

If you'd like to share any of your own homemade tools, we'd love to see them! Post them in the Homemade Tools subforum; we'll add each one to the database, as well as to your own builder page on the site.
