my best place for dumpster diving is home depot. you wouldn't believe the stuff they throw out. all sorts of motors, steel, shelving etc. I built a seven by seven foot shed out of laminated shelving and pallets. It cost e a total of 70 dollars and most of that was for screws, spikes and paint. True the shelving has particle board sandwiched between forimica but I sealed the joints and covered them with strapping. The motors are going to be for sanders and such. Try it sometime and you'll keep going back lol.
