At first, beginning of the GIF, I'm "why are everyone's hands always gloved?". WIUWT?
Then the readout displays Cocaine......"oh, it's a customs or police lab, suspicions of contraband!"
Yeah, I'd be gloved too.
Cartels are out of control, with outright impunity. If any groups deserve action taken just this side of war......
