O.S.H.A. Smosha if I had seen these clowns doing this my shop, OSHA would have been the least of their worries.
The only way OSHA ever knows about anything is when someone rats out a company because they have a beef with their stupidvisors and are called sometimes the call is meritorious but most of the time it is just to cause trouble. Once the goon squad has a company in their sights they never go away even if that company is and always has been 100% compliant. It is better to just shoot them and bury them under the parking lot and wait till they send more inspectors for target practice.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
Having been a 'Health & Safety officer' for a department in a public hospital it was a waste of time as the very people causing all the problems where the ones that the regional O.S.H.A. official who was located in the hospital reported to!
Direct action to cause unworkable problems for the management until they were promoted sideways or decided to involuntarily seek alternative employment was the only recourse.
Good management knows what is happening on the shop floor and rectifies dodgy situations before they become problems. If not leave and report to the powers that be to save an ignorant. Idiots should never be tolerated.
I don't know who YOU hang out with, but nobody I know lives in a house that looks like an industrial lab. That was horseplay in somebody's every expensively equipped lab. Yes, a "hold my beer" incident. If I were the company owner, and that file came to my attention, those folks would be the ones buried under the building. Or maybe fed into the welder feet first!
That might be a great way to get introduced to instantaneous career change. Fired with real fire, and blacklisted. Hmm. Think maybe I don't have much tolerance for horseplay? Yeah, some truth to that. Saw too many folks get hurt doing stupid stuff in three different career fields in the USAF, among other situations.
