Engineer's hammers have been popular here lately with rossbotics Tool of the week at
http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/b...p-hammer-57046
and Philip's minis at http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/e...pe-small-58120
so why add another? Well mine has a little sting in the tail.
It looks normal enough.
Until you remove the end cap which hides a centre punch.
Mostly it would be a pain to have to unscrew the end to use the punch and most times I have other punches handy, but it does ensure that I do have one if I am away from the punch drawer with the hammer. Like Philip's examples the copper end can be unscrewed and swapped with ends of other materials.
