I don't think high-tide is going to help that ship out!

This type of ship, where you can drive your cargo (e.g. Trucks, cars, Tractors, tanks, Etc) on and off is called a "Roll-on/Roll-off" or "RoRo" for short.

Because of several high-profile failures on these vessels, e.g. the Golden Ray, Felicity Ace, and El Faro, they are often derided as "Roll-on/Roll-overs".

The cause of the failures almost always comes down to seamanship failures. Loads aren't secured properly, hatches are left open, or corrosion allows water infiltration. The load shifts and/or water sloshes to one side of the boat and they don't have the stability required to return to center. Once they hit a critical angle, righting them is impossible. Then if they don't sink, hundreds of cars/trucks/tractors/etc break loose from their mooring points and fall onto each other. They minimize the amount of fuel in each cargo, but eventually something leaks, sparks, and the whole thing goes up in a conflagration.
