    I found this same video on YouTube, and here's the description;
    Occurred on April 4, 2018 / Quebec, Canada A semi truck was driving down the highway with the truck bed in the raised position. It hit a pedestrian bridge at full speed and the truck load of canola seeds were released all over the highway. It took nearly 20 hours to re-open the highway. No one was injured.
