Yes, it must be credited to the Royal De Luxe company, based in Nantes France, it's a wonderfull company, very creative, they do a lot of gigantic things, spectacular.
Here you can see the walking crew in action
The company has settle down on an Island in the middle of the Loire River, in a former navy arsenal.
Their most famous creation is the elephant :
