Humm I did hit the nine instead of the seven. Oh well, for a while the US Army tried to go to odd sized ratchet drives in an effort to reduce pocket socketing, IE tools walking off base in GI's pockets. In my Motor Pool tool room I had an 11/32" sq drive, a 5/8 hex drive and a 15/16" drive set the 15/16 was to take the place of a 1" drive but when you needed something strong enough to require a 1" drive the 15/16" rarely measured up so the guys had no choice but to drag out the 1 1/4 hydraulic impact set .The idea only lasted a couple of years and not wide spread throughout. For one thing the tool manufactures were terrible about suppling replacements, once you broke a couple sockets or the ratchets or a breakover bar you might as well PDO the whole set and requisition a new one
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
