This warehouse workshop was built by MG30 on GarageJournal.com.

MG30 lives in the historic center of a northern Portugese city. He bought space in an old warehouse behind his house, to make a workshop that connects to his walled courtyard, and provides plenty of workspace and storage for his classic car collection.

Details:

-in-floor flush-mount scissor lift
-homemade in-floor exhaust pipe system connected to an outdoor fan
-in-wall channel for hiding air lines
-stairs in "dirty room" slide sideways for access
-custom-built dimmable fluorescent light fixtures to allow for exposed tubes for 360 degree light
-biological parts washer

This is a rare garage build, with some unique design choices that aren't common in American garages, but are still very impressive.
