This 40x60 steel building garage, built by mustanggarage on TheGarageGazette.com, is a good example of a multi-purpose, large, well-equipped steel garage.
The garage is divided into four main spaces inside: a 16x20 wood shop, a 44x40 main shop, a 10x10 bathroom, and a 10x16 dog kennel. The walls are covered in white pegboard, and there are some nice homemade Ford blue oval cabinets. There's also a mini dog deck with a fenced in run.
This garage is nicknamed: "The Doghouse". The dogs live in there, and as the owner says: "thats where I go when I am in trouble".
The bathroom includes a dog washing shower, a separate heater to prevent frozen pipes, a handicapped toilet for Dad, and a clever pipe toilet paper holder that doubles as a grab bar.
Total cost, with insulation and concrete floor: $42,000.
