Most of the garage builds we see are either steel buildings or traditional wood frame, but not this 20'x40' brick garage built by redzook on Pirate4x4.com.

This brick beauty was built in an Australian neighborhood, to the maximum size allowed by residential zoning. Construction materials are brick, timber trusses, and a tin roof.

Because the temperature only gets down to around 40 degrees Fahrenheit, no interior walls and insulation are necessary; a single brick provides sufficient insulation.

It's interesting to see the Aussie construction methods and material choices that may not have been feasible in other locations around the world.
