How did you connect the receiver to the snow blower? Would love to see it so I could make one for me, I also live in Colorado. I am 70 and getting harder each year to blow snow. I have been a RC airplane flyer for 60 years plus and have lots of RC equipment.

rickmcolorado - you can find out more on the builder's YouTube page, dzzie. Here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChI...ViA3AL4FJW8Yzw . I've also posted a comment on his video, inviting him to this discussion so he can answer some questions.

Jon, thanks for the invite and share

Hi Guys, I am the builder.

The project has a complete 10 part video build log.

You can find all of the videos linked in order here:
    uC Playground

Overall I am super happy with the build. Only changes I might have made in hindsight
would be add a little more weight to it centered over axles, and it would have been slick to
add a second auger above the first one, run off of a chain by the first one and extend the intake height up
from 16" to maybe 30? Could still do it as an add on or maybe build another one who knows. Still as is it is
    an extremely capable machine.

The intro on the web page and the descriptions in the video titles should let you hone in on the parts
you want to explore. Any questions feel free to ask. Happy building!

They actually have free code to do that!

    Rover Home — Rover documentation

Looks like it adds a couple hundred dollars with a PixHawk.

    Pixhawk 2 - Pixhawk2

Never used one though or looked into the details yet.
