Would have been better if they had used the standard 5 hole 8 1/2" BC on the rear wheels instead of the 5 hole 4 1/2" bc they machined into them

It's all for show, so it just has to not fall off.
Looks like that's probably a GM Corp 10 bolt 1/2 ton truck axle (could even be car, but they were used in 1/2 ton trucks) in the back. Not only a weak axle for carrying a load, but also not able to stand up to any type of performance you might hope to see in a build like that.
