Friction Welding PVC Pipe to PVC Board

PVC pipe, with its multitude of couplers, is a wonderful system for making many projects that have nothing to do with plumbing. PVC trim board is less well known yet also useful. Being able to join PVC pipe to PVC trim board adds a new dimension. Here is how I do it with only an electric drill and a few common parts. You don't even use PVC cement.
