    I agree generally the only time you will encounter cranes with that high of a travel speed would be then there are 2 hoists holding the load to prevent the load from rotating. It is probably a ride on crane with an operator's cabin at one side, whichever the case may be the load was just barely high enough to clear the supervisors shack . That crucible was sat there by something either the crane operator didn't know it was there or misjudged its height.
    Like Marvin said in the diehard movie I'm glad I'm not cleaning up this mess
