I love quirky builds, and this build is right up my alley. Ex cop car, and a land whale to boot! But then the owner boosted the engine, tricked out the suspension and went autocrossing. Yeah! Should be good for more than a few smiles, and a few lumps in the throats of whoever sees it coming up in the rearview mirror.
