There is a muffler car on Sunshine Blvd in Springfield, MO at a muffler shop that was there when I was a kid. Every time I go through there, I check to see it it is still there.....and it is over 40 yrs later. Probably some of the best advertising dollars that muffler shop ever spent. Not sure if this is the one or not, but odd it too is from MO. Don't remember the large Flowmaster sticker down the side.

If it is the one from Springfield, MO it is built on one of the land yachts from the 60-70's

I noticed the one in this video has a windshield frame that appears to be very similar to that of a Miata. Not saying it is, but it would be a relatively simple (and cheap!) model to modify for a use such as this.
