Good example of why you should keep all exits clear. Brings to memory the Hamlet chicken processing plant fire back in the early 90's

My memory of the emergency exit door, was barricaded with anti open bar and lock, to prevent the employees from taking home "safety awards" out the back door, ready frozen and free.
    But I may be wrong.
Cause of that fire was a hydraulic leak from manufacturing equipment, igniting and somehow a huge fire got started. But this is all from my very bad memory.

Also one of the reasons for the new automatic shut-off safety standards for hydraulic systems over 100 gal. so you don't have a continuous flamethrower if the fluid does ignite. I watched a safety video of a hydraulic system that had a flame shooting out about 30'. We switched all of our systems over to non-flammable non-petroleum systems a while back.
