Thankfully, heavy recent rains have all but extinguished the fires here in AUS. One of those fire tornados upended a 10 tonne fire truck and killed a firefighter. The pyrocumulonimbus clouds formed over the fires created localised weather events that included dry lightning...starting more fires...Fingers crossed for this month, traditionally the worst for the season. Cheers
