Yeah hard to tell but bottom row, fourth from the left looked like it got a little more than the others. Doesn't seem like the most precise operation. Plus every bit of dirt and boogie that falls onto that table is going straight into those capsules.

Also there are some who simply for various reasons cannot swallow tablets or the medications no matter the dose strength is only produced in large horse pill size or may not be available in lower doses. A DR. may prescribe the lower dose and tell the patient to cut the higher dose pills in half, or out of safety concerns,ask the pharmacist to crush and capsulize the dosage for the patient. My oldest daughter used to frequently be asked to crush the pills when she was a pharmacist assistant, now that she has her license her assistants do the crushing then she fills the capsules

I've a plate like that here, load 24 capsules at a pass. works very well, once you get the feel for the process.
