Faux leather cases for my tools

    Hi ,
This week end I add to do some upholstery work and I purchased a large sheet of faux cuir.
I used the left overs to make some cases for my tools.
Usually, I prefer genuine leather, but this one was available and looks really great, so ...
They are partly sewed by machine and by hand.

    For my router plane :

    And for my spokeshave :

    Christophe,

Your talent and ability to do all aspects building and fabricating is amazing. I saw your earlier comment about starting welding so what is next on your long list? I like seeing all your articles because you lead by example. Keep publishing.

    Thank you, Paul

Thanks Paul, that's very kind of you.
Yes, I like doing different things.
Actually, stitching by hand or machine, and even knitting was the first craft I learned in my life. I was brought up by my lonely mother, and she was a specialist, and I was always around her ...

I have a new article in preparation, I took lots of pictures of the making off, so will try to document it as well as you do!
It's some kind of elaborated push blocks for the table saw, but , wait and see
