Oh well - it's Miller Time!
If you can't make it precise make it adjustable.

Wouldn't want to be wearing an orange t-shirt that day! The little girl screaming her head off at the end will need counselling for a long time, and might never want to walk in the woods after that.

Hopefully the person shooting the video was zoomed in rather than standing as close as it seemed they were as the power lines went whipping down around them. At first I thought the camera was just on a tripod unattended but I realized someone panned left a bit to follow the tower.

I think it was on a tripod which was turned, then abandoned. Note how stable at the end.

I agree the video is too rock steady to have been hand held someone may have been panning it but wisely di di mau'd as soon as the power lines were hit.

That's one way to look at it, plus the folks had a good cardio workout exercise.
The child will get over it just buy her an ice cream cone with sprinkles on top and she will forget all about it but only after she has reoccurring night mares for a while

In the group shown in the video, the child was the first to react to the fact that all wasn't going well and was, also, the first to initiate an exit strategy!!
