Not so much a tool as a procedure...
I had an empty CO2 powerlet stick in a close-fitting tube in one of my air pistols. I intended to remove it using the same procedure I use for leaking batteries stuck in a flashlight.
First I dripped some oil into the area between the powerlet and the tube. (Silicone oil for the powerlet (machine oils can attack the O-rings used as seals in the gun); any old light oil for batteries.) Then a 1/8" hole is drilled in the base of the powerlet/battery, after which a deck screw is jammed into the hole and a pair of pliers used to pull the stuck item.
As it turned out in the case of the powerlet, the drill caught a bit on break-through and spun the powerlet loose and it fell out. I didn't get a chance to use the screw.
Nevertheless, it's a good procedure to remember.
