    Same thing happens on any straight dumper when you start to dump the load and forget to unlatch the end gate, and every driver has done it in every truck. Coming back down is usually rough but it typically doesn't break anything.
    If you can't make it precise make it adjustable.

    Yes, but OHSA inspectors have crappy pants all the time. They are "you can't do that types" not "how do we get this done"

    Its called get it done. Once the bucket slipped over the upper edge of the block he did right by sliding his bucket further up to keep the block from falling back out of the truck. Had it done that the cab if the truck would had gone moon shot then fell to earth, And something would have broke more than likely the drivers back as well

    They we being careful, there was room on the back of that truck for another block, some would have tried to put another one on, or maybe a 1/2 block!!!
