But thinking of chamfers: I remember the rulebook 'jig &tooling=&machine design' of a prominent automotive supplier that milling beautifying chamfers was prohibited (and an unpardonable sin remembered by your boss).= "Pin It")
A very good idea with a potential for more applications (drilling, filing, welding).

Not same solution, but some years ago - after watching Joe Pieczynski video* - I made pair of „angled parallels” for work colleague.
