I do hope that water the milk is pouring into is isolated and already dead, milk is a serious environment contaminate and fish killer, ~ 7 times more polluting than cattle 'slurry'.

Might not have even been contaminated milk. Start of COVID the gov't paid dairy producers for milk not sold due to isolation and reduced sales. That could be perfectly good milk dumping out on the ground. What a waste!
