Are they carrying barrels for delivery; or water for a longer trip? Either way, with all that spraying, we know what happened to the floorboards.
And the doors, and the overhead along with rest of cab...
Only 5 ton truck known, that needs a 4 man crew.

The truck has decent tires on the front at least, and probably the rear as well. As long as they can keep that little diesel running and the transmission doesn't give out they will probably drive it to its last mile trying to eek out what ever meager earnings they make. Obviously in a country with an annual GDP per capita less than I make monthly on my retirement income. I'm thinking Malawi since the right-hand drive is indicative of a former British Coloney

Malawi is a very good guess, for the combination of driving on the left side of the road and extreme poverty. Those workers are probably getting a dollar or two for a day's work.
