    Maybe it's the video angle but you show the end it was drilled from first (at 4:30)which is centred, then when it's turned around briefly to view exit end (at 4:35) the hole looks again to be off-centre.
    I'm not trying to criticise because it's a good idea, but that's how it looks.

    @tripleclown the hole at 4:35 is off-centre indeed, but is it the hole I drilled in the beginning of the video to show how rubish drilling centered holes is without a jig/chuck. The hole I drilled with the chuck isn't a through-hole, I just didn't bother taking another piece of round stock :-)

    I thing you need to do something with your movable drill table.
    When you push to drill, then your table starts to bend downwards.

    @kess , you're right. It's a great little drill press (for the money) but the table is a bit disapointing. I am currently making a (very sturdy) milling table which will replace the table. (Video about the milling table can be found on my youtube-channel for when you're interested)

    @engineer steve
    I have a similar drill press that had the same problems as all cheap drill presses when I bought it.
    I kept only the drill's head and replace the column and the base.
    You can see the conversion here at my HMT post if you interesting.

    Your DRO looks fine.
