that's the way I cut things out using a tin can but the cuttings get rolled back into the dough so there really isn't much savings other than managing to get a couple more pieces for each rolling. Then again some doughs begin to plasticize from the gluten being over kneaded
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
