    double chuck key

The 5" 3 jaw and the 6" 4 jaw use different sized chuck keys. Instead of making 2 keys to have to keep up with I made 1 with both sizes on it

if the lathe were to be turned on now it would be very bad but since it is not possible unless the inverter is running there is no danger in that happening

    Toolmaker51's Tools
Had serious luck last week, hauling in reasonably priced materials for construction. Part is new tooling, arrived past couple days, especially chucks.
They're for 1 machine, I am so going to copy this dual key hack.
Yes, followed all the criteria I'm always spouting on about. Starting with every bit of it is used but little discernible wear or deformation.
