    Dornier Do 31 VTOL jet transport aircraft - GIF

    The Dornier Do 31 was an experimental VTOL jet transport aircraft developed and built by Dornier for the West German Air Force in the 1960s. Only three were built.

    I saw it outside at the Deutsches Museum in Munich a few decades ago. Hopefully, it was pulled inside and restored since then.

    pretty good with out the computers we have today. Im sure the load master and engineer were quite bussy figuring loads&fuel& crew&lunch&wind&lots of other stuff
