    That's about as useful as the yellow caution tape I see around the edges of flat roofs while un-harnessed guys are working on them!

    That'll keep 'em from falling off!

    The folks who produce that have a charmingly naïve trust in their fellow man. How cute! Worked at a place once what mostly hired ex-cons, and one of the supervisors there did $50,000 worth of damage to the rented big bucket loader in one week. That cone, and everything under it would be squashed flat if that dude worked there.
