DIY version of the Eastwood Contour SCT

Built this DIY version of a very popular surface conditioning tool, this version though is less than a 3rd of the cost of theirs. Most parts required for the build are available from Harbor Freight and online. It’s much easier to show you vs. telling you how to build it.
