    Nice job! I notice most of your tools are made from plywood, at today's prices the tool might be cheaper than the plywood!

    Very nice work! I too fear the high price of plywood, while I wouldn't buy a new machine sometimes it might be cheaper to melt some aluminum down for knobs and such. The one thing I like about home built is that you will get a machine with enough power to do the job. Sadly some of the Chinese machines I've purchased have been embarrassingly under powered.

    By the way that material you where gluing onto the wheel, was it aluminum oxide powder of some sort?
