DIY - Cross Braces for Scaffolding

How to I build a pair of cross brases for concrete scaffolding according to my needs with aim to use it at various auxiliary tasks.
Not suitable for use at concrete formwork, slabs or beam propping.
The factory dimensions and materials of the scaffolds are designed to withstand specific loads and any modifications to the dimensions may be occurring risks and serious accidents.
The cost for a full pair of 2.5m cross body length and 2.0m effective opening is as long as the costs of two 6.0m Ø26x1,4mm pipes (the commercial cross body is from Ø26x2mm construction pipe and shorter effective opening) and left 2.0m, so my accounting cost it was 10€.
Also I use a nail Ø6x150mm and 3pcs M6 nuts for the build of the two pins.
