If you are thinking about cataract surgery, here is my experience in 4 videos: I always use the correct eye safety gear for the job, almost always. I never took wearing sunglasses seriously. Now I'm 10-15 years ahead of time having my eye's lenses replaced because of lens damage, AKA cataracts. At around $1400 per eye, plus weeks of inconvenience, sunglasses would have been cheaper and better.
