That's a pretty great tool. CV boots are always a pain in the butt. Also split CV boots are surprisingly good. I used to think they were junk, but then I tried installing a set on a lifted Suzuki with horrible CV angles. They worked like a charm and lasted what was left of the life of the vehicle (about 3 years at that point). I was blown away.
I have a 1983 Porsche 928S where the rear axles can no longer be removed. The axles are held on by a single nut which was factory torqued to over 600 ft-lbs... almost 40 years ago. I had a 6 ft. cheater bar on that sucker and was jumping on it. It isn't budging. I'll be installing a set of split boots on that car as well.
