    That's how we used to d oit 32 years ago when I did that daily! Except I used straight shears.

    Don't know if you see his layout lines. It's how everything is lining up nicely. The 45 angle cut is experience though. Especially with those aviation ships. Left handers. But they will let you cut straight decently.
