    Around here it's not the flying low part, it's the dropping in over 80' trees, going very low, then going vertical at the other end of the field to avoid the trees there. First time I saw it I was sure I just witnessed a plane crash, until he shot back up at the other end of the field!

    A couple years ago a mesquite spraying plane flew so low over my shop building we thought he was coming in for a landing in the building.

    Forty years ago I was at a farm in eastern Washington and 4 combines were out harvesting wheat. A crop duster was dive bombing the combines and injecting engine oil so they were engulfed in clouds of smoke. It was like I was watching the Red Barron in action.
