    Proof that people get killed by schedules in China as well as in the rest of the world.

    In any rational environment (none here, perhaps on a neighboring galaxy) one would delay the lift until the wind died down. But no, the schedule must be kept!

    The lose panel behaves like a giant sail. Even with ground crew holding steady lines, it's difficult to hold such load in windy conditions.
